This lovely Spanish villa offers amazing views to the sea and the picturesque Andalucian town of Salobreña, which is located on the Costa Tropical of Granada. It has a private pool (10 meters long) with beach entry. This means you can literally walk into the pool and there is an extended shallow end with a depth of only 40cm. This is great for children as they can easily play and adults can stay cool while reading a book and enjoying a refreshing glass of Sangria.
This recently built villa is located less than a 10 minute drive from the beach. There is a tennis court, 2 communal pools, table tennis and a football pitch nearby.
Our guests have complimentary, unlimited use of these facilities. This villa has 4 bedrooms, all of which have sea views and access to a terrace.
The layout of this Holiday Villa is as follows
There is easy level access from the road so you don´t have to worry about steps getting in or out of the villa. As you enter the villa, you encounter a large French door that looks out to the sea and the pretty town of Salobreña which is famous for its Moorish castle which sits on top of a rocky outcrop that is surrounded by white washed, typical Spanish houses. The castle is illuminated at night, as well as the beachfront of Salobrena. It is picture perfect!
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open plan, which is great for a holiday home. The kitchen features an American bar. There are great views even from the kitchen. On the entry level, there is also a cloakroom as well as the main bedroom and its en suite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a large round tub for 2. Children actually use this as a sort of indoor pool in winter! There are his and her sinks as well as a separate walk in shower. The lounge and the main bedroom have access to a terrace.
One of the most special features of this villa is its striking turret with the large arched windows that allows you to enjoy the wonderful light, blue skies and sea views that Andalucian is famous for.
As you descend the large, sweeping, spiral staircase, you encounter the access to the pool area and the surrounding terraces. There are 3 additional bedrooms here. One is an enormous main bedroom that overlooks the pool. It has a very large ensuite bathroom again with double basins and a very large walk in shower. There are 2 other bedrooms. One has 2 twin beds. If there are more children, a Z bed (fold out bed) could be added here. The other bedroom has a large double bed (150cm wide). These 2 bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom that has double basins and combination bath tub/shower.
The sitting room has been completely redecorated in late 2008 and all of the outdoor furniture has been replaced with very comfortable and stylish furniture. We are sure you will be very comfortable in this well cared for and maintained villa, which is located in the heart of the Costa Tropical of Granada.

About the Costa Tropical of Granada
The villa has easy access to the historic city of Granada and the breathtaking Alhambra Palace, the Sierra Nevada mountains, where it is possible to ski, and the Alpujarras with its small villages that cling to the hill side where it seems as if time has stopped. The town of Salobrena is a wonderful place to experience authentic Spain. All sorts of outdoor activities are possible including golf, water sports, horseback riding, cycling, walking and skiing.
The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the great outdoors.
