Changeover Day: Saturday

• In addition to the rental price we charge 150 Euros for departure cleaning
• Payment is due in Euros
• 30% deposit required upon booking
• We require the outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure
• Payment is by Bank Transfer, Visa or Mastercard
• There is a 1% surcharge for Debit & Credit Card Payments
• Rates are for 8 people. We charge a 50 Euro supplement for each additional guest
• Electricity charged separately from early November to end April
